Terms of Service

By placing an order with Graphics Lab by Luca, you agree to these terms. We provide custom digital services and assets for FiveM servers. All communication and approvals should be kept in the order ticket for clarity and delivery tracking.

All work is made specifically for your server based on your brief and references. Because it's custom-made, the final result is tailored to your brand and RP theme. Any request outside the original brief may be treated as an additional change or add-on.

Revisions are included according to the package you choose. Revisions cover adjustments (colors, text, small edits, layout tweaks), not complete redesigns. Major changes, new concepts, or changes after final approval may require extra time and cost.

We do not offer refunds on custom-made work. Once production starts, time and creative effort are invested into an asset that is made specifically for your server and cannot be resold to others. If something isn't right, we will work with you through the agreed revision process to reach a clean final result.

Delivery times depend on your package and queue position. Final files are delivered digitally (via Discord / link). Formats may include PNG, JPG, PSD (if included), and other formats relevant to the service. Source files are only included if stated in your package.

After full payment, you receive usage rights for the delivered assets for your server/project. We keep the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a "private work" request is agreed before starting. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the work as your own design is not allowed.

Work starts after payment confirmation and after we receive the required brief/references. Delays in providing information can delay delivery. Payment covers time, skill, and production, not only the final file.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, references, and access needed to complete the order (logos, server name, correct spelling, vehicle list, etc.). We are not responsible for issues caused by missing/incorrect info.

Main communication is through the order ticket. Please keep feedback clear and consolidated. Spamming changes, last-minute rewrites, or scattered approvals can slow down the process.
